At Agapée, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original jewelry box and protective packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
