Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Every Agapée piece comes with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
